We have built in Regulation (EU) 2026/909. It introduces four new hair colorants (HC Blue 18, HC Yellow 16, HC Red 18 and Hydroxypropyl-p-Phenylenediamine), already usable within the stated limits, and one newly permitted preservative. It bans Triphenyl Phosphate and revises some limits for Citral, Benzyl Salicylate and the zinc and aluminium salts: for these, your analysis flags from now, as a dated reminder, what to adjust before it becomes mandatory on 1 January 2027, so you reach your next print run prepared.

We have deepened coverage of Regulation (EU) 2026/78, in force since 1 May 2026. It adds a group of prohibited substances and brings a few changes that matter in practice: the rules on silver change, Hexyl Salicylate joins the substances with use conditions, and Sodium o-Phenylphenate becomes a permitted preservative carrying the mandatory warning "Avoid contact with eyes". Your analysis takes all of this into account.
